- CASH OR CHECK: We accept payment by cash or check at time of service.

- FINANCING: We are affiliated with American Financial Services that provide financing to patients upon approval.
- INSURANCE: We are happy to file the necessary forms to see that you maximize your benefits from your insurance company. Please understand we make NO GUARANTEE OF ANY ESTIMATED COVERAGE because the policy is an agreement between YOU and YOUR INSURANCE COMPANY. WE REQUIRE ALL GUESTS TO BE DIRECTLY RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL CHARGES. Our office will do everything possible to see that you receive the full benefits of your policy.
